3.1 Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Singapore law.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

3.3 Permitted Use

Our services are provided for legitimate personal automotive consultation purposes. You agree not to misuse our services or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Use our services in any way that violates applicable Singapore laws or regulations.

Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

6.1 Currency

All fees are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Payment Timing

Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Consultation fees are typically due upon booking confirmation. Other fees may be structured according to service milestones.

6.3 Accepted Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as communicated during the engagement process.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our service fees. Any price changes will not affect services already contracted or in progress.

6.5 Taxes

All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Cancellation

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the consultation fee.

7.2 Service Refunds

Refund requests for services in progress will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees for completed services or services substantially performed are non-refundable.

7.3 Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality service, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our consultation services. Vehicle availability, pricing, and suitability depend on market conditions and individual circumstances beyond our control.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Apex Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or market disruptions.

9.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate your engagement with us at any time by providing written notice. Fees for services already rendered or in progress may not be refundable.

9.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend our services to you if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other clients.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

10.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Singapore before pursuing other remedies.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

10.4 Jurisdiction

The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Drive regarding our services.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

11.5 Notices
